Siblings are a beautiful thing (some more beautiful than others lol)
I'm so proud of the women my sisters are becoming. Being the youngest I have always tried to live up to the expectations left behind by them. They think I'm good at a lot of things but that's only because as a young girl I was in the shadows of 3 amazing women and to get out of it I had to do exceedingly well at everything. In my years, I've seen them fall but recently all 3 have impressed me more than ever, because it's easy to sit on my high horse and criticize but it's so inspiring to see them pull things together and grow into a person way better than expected.
Dehli (Dehlifish)-wasn't sure what she wanted to do with her life and was content to just be a nanny (which is great don't get me wrong) and date a guy that was a loser (sorry Dehlifish but it's true) but when you have so much talent it's disheartening to see it squandered. Now she's following her dream to be a chef and engaged to a man, Alan, who I might add is 10x better than the previous.
Natasha (Tashybear)-the dreamer of the family. But unfortunately she never made those dreams into a reality. She's slightly brilliant but chose to live at home and go to the local UTSA. Now she is FINALLY moving out of her parents’ house and going to Abilene Christian University for grad school studying social work and philosophy or some other Christian study.
Alex (AlleyCat)- Alex the oldest of the pack has made her fair share of mistakes. The shame isn't in falling it's in not getting back up. This summer has been her 'summer of betterment.' She's been working out, keeping her house clean (which is a major achievement) and been saving money in preparation of her going back to school as single mom.
I just want my sisters to know how strong, special, and important they truly
are. I might seem to have it all together but my biggest dream in life is to be
just like you guys. Love y'all and keep up the good work.
